ANALISIS PERFORMANSI ALAT OTOMASI PENYARINGAN AIR SISA PENCUCIAN SURIMI: STUDI KASUS

The aim of this research is to develop an automated instrument for filtering surimi washing wastewater. tool consists a water suction system, filtration system using plankton net, and temperature sensors DS18B20 distance JSN-SRT04. results show that the wastewater has been successfully developed can produce 343 grams 199 filtered meat from 1 kg in two trials. turbidity data before after process also shows reduce by 88% allowing be reused. This demonstrates waste reduction applied instrument. Data sensor JSN-SRT04 accurate precise patterns. calibration average error 2.51%, RMSE 1.47 ?C, standard deviation 0,7 ?C. 3.07%, 1.99 cm, 0.45 cm. Therefore, effective solution utilizing reducing liquid waste. implementation would very beneficial processing industry preserving environment. used as reference developing other instruments field treatment.
